Does the SAVYWARM work while charging?

No. For safety and performance reasons, the hand warmer cannot be used while charging.
It is recommended to let it charge fully before turning it back on.

What's in my order?

Each box includes:

  • 1 × SAVYWARM hand warmer (double magnetic module)
  • 1 × USB-C charging cable
  • 1 × user manual

How long does it take to fully charge?

Full charge time is approximately 2-3 hours via the included USB-C cable.
Indicator lights show charging progress.

What is the autonomy of the SAVYWARM?

Autonomy varies depending on the heating level selected:

  • Level 1 (45°C) → up to 6 hours
  • Level 2 (55°C) → approximately 4 hours
  • Level 3 (60°C) → approximately 2 to 3 hours

Is it possible to adjust the temperature?

Yes. SAVYWARM has 3 heating levels (45°C, 55°C, 60°C) that can be adjusted with a simple button. See the user manual

Is it noisy?

No, the SAVYWARM is silent .
No fans or vibrations: just instant gentle warmth.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver to France , Belgium , Switzerland and the United Kingdom .

What are the delivery times?

Our average delivery times are 7 to 15 working days depending on the destination country.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is 100% free , with no minimum purchase.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes. After confirming your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email .
A second email containing your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the package is shipped.

Can I return the product?

Yes, in accordance with the right of withdrawal , you have 14 days after receipt to notify us of your wish to return.

The product must be unused , in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective or non-compliant item).
